I’m Hayley Sherrod, I was born & raised in the Pacific Northwest and made the move to Franklin with my husband Zack in 2022. We had our daughter, Hope, in 2023 and a little boy on the way due in November 2025. Joining FIT4MOM was the greatest decision I ever made as a new mom. Hope and I joined in March of 2024 and immediately began going to class every weekday. It truly does take a village and I am so thankful to have found mine through FIT4MOM.

FIT4MOM changed my life and after being a member for a year, I wanted to involve myself in the community even more by becoming an instructor. Getting out in the fresh air each morning with a bunch of mamas that can relate and support you through the ups and downs of motherhood is something every mom should experience.
