I’m Hayley Sherrod, I was born & raised in the Pacific Northwest and made the move to Franklin with my husband Zack in 2022. We had our daughter, Hope, in 2023 and our son, Charlie, joined us in 2025. Joining FIT4MOM was the greatest decision I ever made as a new mom. Hope and I joined in March of 2024 and immediately began going to class every weekday. It truly does take a village and I am so thankful to have found mine through FIT4MOM.

FIT4MOM changed my life and after being a member for a year, I wanted to involve myself in the community even more by becoming an instructor. Getting out in the fresh air each morning with a bunch of mamas that can relate and support you through the ups and downs of motherhood is something every mom should experience.
