RUN CLUB FOR WOMEN IN THE FRANKLIN AREA

All ages and stages of motherhood can find their path here. Bring the kids or come on your own. Our coaches are trained in prenatal and postpartum fitness and strive to find the safest ways for you to start, continue or push to the next level!

Our annual membership includes Weekly Group Runs and Speed Training year-round! Already a monthly member? No problem! We have a special add-on just for you!

This one time fee also comes with a monthly newsletter, private Facebook page and lots of extra resources, discounts and education for mother runners in the Franklin area.

SATURDAY GROUP RUNS

Our group runs are designed to encourage and support all phases of motherhood and fitness. This is your chance to explore the area and meet other women looking to make steps in a positive direction.

These hour-long workouts will help you gauge your endurance. Join us every Saturday at 8:00am. Includes warm up, Time on the trail, cool down and lots of time to socialize after!

WEEKDAY SPEED TRAINING

Join us every Monday or Thursday night. Increase your speed and your endurance during this hour long session. Walkers & Runners are welcome! This is your chance to work on pace, form and all things that will make you feel more confident and prepared at that starting line!
