Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 6-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

THE SUMMER 2026 BODY WELL PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Seasonal Client Guide with nutritional pillars, portion guides & seasonal recipes
  • Body Well Basics guide with goal tracker & meal planning
  • Group accountability & a private group chat
  • One-on-one coaching & fitness assessments to reach your goals

  • Virtual Body Boost classes Tuesdays at 7:30PM and Saturdays at 6:00AM

Session begins Sunday June 7 with a virtual orientation at 7:30PM. Kick-off workout & is Tuesday June 9 at 7:30PM!

Summer Body Well runs from June 7 through July 18, plus a End of Session Celebration on Friday 7/24!
