Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Ditch the mama guilt! Stroller Strides® gives moms a total-body conditioning workout while the kids are entertained with songs, activities, and fun! Each class typically has 5 different stations that include Cardio and Strength with a Core and Restore section at the end. When outside, these stations will travel around our location. While indoors, we will either do laps or cardio in place. Check out our FAQ for more!
