Strength in Motherhood

First Class FREE

Stroller Barre combines barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga moves to help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength for motherhood while the kids are entertained with music, activities, and fun.

Each class typically includes 5 stations that include Cardio and Strength with a Core and Restore portion at the end, along with a nice stretch. When outside, these stations will travel around our location. While indoors, we will either do laps or cardio in place.
